In WandaVision Episode 8, we don’t get a lot of hints or clues that it’s the case, but we do know this character is “real” and not randomly brought the life like Westview Vision.WandaVision has been full of wild twists from the very start, but Episode 5 ended with its most shocking moment yet. I feel rather uneducated to talk about this theory in great depth, and better writers than I will definitely break this down in great detail, but one of the main theories running around ever since episode five revolves around the idea that the Evan Peters version of Pietro is actually Mephisto. Bringing Evan Peters as Quicksilver into WandaVision was an idea suggested early on and one that the studio decided to stick with. Mephisto Theory?īasically, are we inching toward the era of Mephisto in the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Why is it important that he’s not simply a completely made up being?
